When   food is  picked up and whether or not consumed, client agrees NOT TO HOLD TAMALE MADNESS liable or take ANY LEGAL ACTIONS WHATSOEVER should ANY issues arise for whatever reason. ALL FOOD MUST be reheated and held at 165 degrees.

Frozen Tamales:

MUST be kept refrigerated at or

below 32 degrees F.

To that end, client (s) agrees to reheat all hot food to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and keep all frozen food below 32 degrees F.

If you choose not to reheat food at time of your event, it must be frozen( 0 degrees F.) or stored below 40 degrees F. Any food that has been reheated must be consumed within 4 hours. 

  This is for food safety to prevent any food borne illnesses.

A hard copy of this disclaimer will provided for client to sign and acknowledge at time of pick up or delivery of ALL food items.
