Please be respectful and understanding of our time and labor that is required for making a high quality product and as such you will not find ANYWHERE else.

DISCLAIMER:

When ALL hot and/or  cold  food is delivered and/or picked up and whether or not consumed, client agrees NOT TO HOLD TAMALE MADNESS liable or take ANY LEGAL ACTIONS WHATSOEVER should ANY issues arise for whatever reason. ALL HOT FOOD MUST be reheated and held at 165 degrees.

Cold food that is delivered MUST be kept refrigerated at or below 40 degrees.

To that end, client (s) agrees to reheat all hot food to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and keep all cold food below 40 degrees F.

If you choose not to reheat food at time of your event, it must be frozen( 0 degrees F.) or stored below 40 degrees F. Any food that has been reheated must be consumed within 4 hours. 

  This is for food safety to prevent any food borne illnesses.

WE cannot provide serving (servers, attendants or such)  or set up or breakdown of catered events.

We do not have the insurance to cover such costs and labor. 

A hard copy of this disclaimer will provided for client to sign and acknowledge at time of pick up or delivery of ALL food items.
